1, System overview
Plumbing electrical training device can achieve the basic skills training of building tenement. It mainly include the device installation of water pipe, electricity, gas, heating and so on and the training operation of pipe connection. training environment and engineering practical environment are basically same. And adopted training devices are from engineering practicality.
System basic structure use intelligent training units. Tenement training devices are installed on the training unit. Students can disassemble and assembly the device on the unit to improve the ability of practice.
2,Design specification
1) Practical environment include the training units of mesh plate type, analog user and installation carrier.
2) User power supply includes household meters, lamps and lanterns, lamp switch and other equipment. And they can be used to conduct install electric equipment and electricity lines, inspect the electricity lines and maintain electricity lines. When the power supply is installed in place and power lines and electrical equipments are installed correctly, you can turn on lamps and see actual results.
3) User water supply includes the common household water supply parts of water meter, water pipes, drainage pipes, faucets and lavaboes. They can be used to conduct water skills trainings of water pipelines installation and water equipments installation, water pipelines inspection, water equipments inspection, and water pipelines maintenance and water equipments maintenance. Water supply pipeline and drain pipeline are asked to be installed to the each training unit. When the pipeline and water equipment are installed correctly, the valve can be opened and the water can be flowed out. At the same time, you can complete the drain pipe laying and installation. 4) Gas supply include household gas meter equipment, gas leakage alarm valve equipment, gas cut-off valve equipment, etc. They can be used to conduct household gas equipment installation skills trainings of gas pipeline installation and valve safety devices installation. Use the fan air supply instead of actual gas, configure gas detector and the cutter of the valve for safety. And they can simulate the situation of gas leak to cut off the gas valve in emergency.
5)(Optional, for network control) Each simulated user is installed meter reading collector to read the data of water meter, electric meter, and gas meter and convey them to the management center. Management center, and simulation tenement management department can read the data of the user and conduct accounting management.
6) User heating supply include heating radiator equipment, special heating tube equipment, etc.
7) Form a complete set of practical tools and training materials.
8)Optional water supply for the scene by water equipment’s configuration.
